RAAD TV International’s mission is to provide accurate and impartial news and information to the general public.   RAAD TV International will offer unique and dynamic journalism and programming through a multimedia platform across Television and the Internet.  RAAD TV International’s objective is based on core principles dear to its management: a spirit of freedom of speech, dialogue and the observation, protection and fostering of human rights.

RAAD TV International offers choice to people and negates the unpleasant and monopolistic activities of some large media organizations that seem to control the collection and dissemination of current affairs and information to the general public. RAAD TV International aims to provide an opportunity to reach discerning audiences in the most efficient way possible, by offering a high end and accessible quality programming that will fully meet and match the needs and expectations of our audiences. RAAD T.V. International has put together a team of employees that exude experience and who all share concerted dedication, enthusiasm and a willingness to place RAAD TV International as a fore-runner in the Television and new media rostrum. RAAD TV International will provide the latest and up-to-date local, regional and international news.
Our ambition remains: to be the first choice of millions of Somali speaking listeners across the world every year.  We hope that a Major Somali language channel operating from Europe will give the Somali community a global voice and pride.
RAAD TV International is scheduled to be launched on 2nd May 2008 in Africa, Europe (excluding the UK), Australia and Asia. RAAD TV International will subsequently be launched in the UK on 2nd June 2008. The programming roster will be enacted and controlled from London (UK) and will host 10 hours of programs that will include; news, currents events, talk and feature shows, documentaries as well as youth and children’s programs. This will be followed by 4 hours of programs from Somalia (Hargeisa and Mogadishu) Canada (Toronto), Norway (Oslo) and Melbourne in Australia.

RAAD TV International’s technology driven multimedia approach to television broadcasting Technology combined with its expertise and personnel capabilities allows us to precisely target the right audience for the different media marketing and promotional initiatives.

Whilst maintaining listenership across all demographics, RAAD T.V. International is primarily targeting millions of people world wide and it is anticipated in Africa a lone, we will be able to attract and maintain 70% of all our audiences. RAAD TV International duly understand the fast moving fast paced technology driven media and television industries and for this reason, both our western and third world audiences will be treated to high end and technology driven media packages without any bias or loss of quality and attention. The UK and Europe audiences have already been exposed to a wide range of cutting edge technology driven Television and media companies and RAAD TV will try and match this- but with the added advantage of keeping our audiences in mind when designing and producing programs.
